You need :
- 200g.black chocolate.
- 0.5 L of milk
- pinch of salt
- tsp of instant coffee (Nescafé)
- Maizena 40g (Maybe less if you do not like it firm(
- Melt the chocolate in the milk
- Then add a pinch of salt
- add a tsp of instant coffee ( to accentuate the chocolate flavor)
- When it is all dissolved, add the Maizena dissolved into a smooth paste in cold water or milk.
- Bring the whole mixture to the boil, stirring with a whisk ( to avoid lumps!)
