Chocolate Pudding

You need :

  • 200g.black chocolate.
  • 0.5 L of milk
  • pinch of salt
  • tsp of instant coffee (Nescafé)
  • Maizena 40g (Maybe less if you do not like it firm(

Steps :

  • Melt the chocolate in the milk
  • Then add a pinch of salt
  • add a tsp of instant coffee ( to accentuate the chocolate flavor)
  •  When it is all dissolved, add the Maizena dissolved into a smooth paste in cold water or milk.
  • Bring the whole mixture to the boil, stirring with a whisk ( to avoid lumps!)
